Each luxury ribbon set from House of Turnberry is designed & handcrafted with care. Given the high order volumes, we ask that you allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your package ships. Once your order ships, you will receive detailed tracking information. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to bring you something truly unique & special—it’s worth the wait! ❤️
We currently ship to all states within the United States. We do offer select International Shipping locations through UPS. If you have any questions about shipping locations, shoot us a note and we'll try to help!
We promise it’s much easier than you think! All of our set of ribbons are going to come with a clip attached to them! This is going to be for those of us that clip our ribbons directly onto the wreath! OR somewhere else you have in mind!
If you don’t need to use the clip, simply divide your ribbons, and slip them onto your over the door hook!

While we proudly offer free shipping on orders over $125, a small number of items are excluded due to special shipping requirements—whether that’s oversized dimensions, weight, or materials that require unique handling. Unfortunately, we are a small business and we have to charge for shipping on these items.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our ribbon sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures each item you receive is brand new and handcrafted just for you.
